TERMS OF SERVICE

These Service Terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply to the legal relationship between Shenzhen Xiyue Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") and all users who purchase our handmade jewelry products (hereinafter referred to as "you"). They cover all related activities including your purchase of products and enjoyment of after-sales services through our official channels (including but not limited to the official website, offline stores, and authorized cooperation platforms). Before purchasing our products or using our services, you should carefully read and understand these Terms. Once you complete the order payment or use our services, it is deemed that you have agreed to and accepted all the contents of these Terms, and a legal and valid contractual relationship is formed between you and us.

2.2 Product Information and Orders

  1. We will truthfully display the detailed information of the handmade jewelry on the official channels, including but not limited to product materials, craftsmanship details, size specifications, price, inventory, etc. However, due to the 特殊性 of handmade products, some products may have slight differences (such as slightly different gem colors, differences in hand-sewn thread textures, etc.). Such differences do not belong to quality problems. We will try our best to mark and explain them on the product details page. You can consult and confirm through the official email (1802493212@qq.com) before placing an order.
  2. When placing an order, you should accurately fill in information such as the shipping address and contact information to ensure that the information is true, complete, and valid. If the product cannot be delivered, is delayed in delivery, or is lost due to incorrect information filled in by you, we will not be liable, and you shall bear the relevant losses on your own.
  3. After receiving your order, we will conduct an order review (including inventory confirmation, payment information verification, etc.) within 1 - 3 working days. After the review is passed, we will arrange for shipping. If there are problems such as insufficient inventory or abnormal payment in the order, we will promptly notify you through the contact information you reserved and negotiate a solution with you (such as canceling the order, replacing the product, delaying shipping, etc.).

2.3 Payment and Shipping

  1. You should complete the order payment according to the payment methods (such as online payment, offline transfer, etc.) displayed on our official channels. After the payment is completed, the order becomes officially effective. If you do not complete the payment within 24 hours after placing the order, we have the right to cancel the order without assuming any liability.
  2. We will arrange shipping according to the delivery method (such as express delivery, logistics, etc.) and shipping address you selected when placing the order. Under normal circumstances, domestic orders can be delivered within 3 - 7 working days after shipping (except for remote areas). The specific delivery time shall be subject to the actual delivery progress of the express company. We will provide you with the logistics tracking number after shipping, and you can query the delivery status through the logistics tracking number.
  3. The risks during the product transportation (such as loss, damage, etc.) shall be borne by us before the product is delivered to you (or the consignee designated by you) and signed for confirmation. After you (or the consignee) sign for confirmation, the transportation risk is transferred to you. If you find that the product is damaged during transportation, you should confirm it with the express company on the spot when signing for receipt and immediately contact our customer service (through the official email 1802493212@qq.com). We will assist you in handling the claim settlement matters.

2.4 After-sales Service

  1. We provide a 7-day unconditional return service starting from the date you receive the product (subject to the following conditions: the product has not been worn, used, damaged, the hangtag and packaging are intact, and it does not affect secondary sales). The return shipping cost shall be borne by you. If the product has quality problems (such as the material not conforming to the description, damage caused by process defects, etc.), we will provide a free return and exchange service and bear the round-trip shipping cost. You need to contact our customer service within 15 days after receiving the product and provide relevant proof (such as product photos, videos, etc.). If it is overdue, it will be deemed that you recognize the product quality.
  2. For the maintenance and repair of handmade jewelry, we provide free consultation services. You can consult the maintenance skills through the official email. If the product needs to be repaired (such as loose gems, falling off of stitches, etc., not caused by human damage), within 1 year from the date of your purchase, we provide a free repair service (you need to bear the return shipping cost). For repair services after more than 1 year, we will charge a reasonable maintenance cost. The specific cost will be informed to you in advance according to the repair difficulty and required materials.
  3. Due to the 特殊性 of handmade jewelry, customized products (such as engraved words, exclusive design models) do not support unconditional returns. If there are quality problems, we will provide maintenance or remaking services according to the actual situation.

2.5 Limitation of Liability

  1. We only assume liability for quality problems of the product itself and do not assume liability for product damage or deformation caused by your improper use or maintenance (such as contact with chemical substances, violent impact, etc.).
  2. If force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, express company suspension, etc.) causes us to be unable to ship on time, provide services, or the product is damaged, we will not assume liability for breach of contract, but we will promptly notify you and negotiate a solution.
  3. We do not assume liability for indirect losses that may occur during the use of the product (such as mental losses caused by the loss of jewelry, social disputes caused by wearing jewelry, etc.).

2.6 Amendment and Termination of the Terms

  1. We have the right to amend the contents of these Terms according to changes in laws and regulations, business adjustments, etc. The amended terms will be publicly announced on the official channels. If there is no objection within 30 days after the announcement, they will come into effect. If you continue to use our services or purchase products, it is deemed that you accept the amended terms.
  2. If you violate the provisions of these Terms (such as providing false information, malicious returns and exchanges, etc.), we have the right to terminate the service for you, cancel your order, and reserve the right to pursue your legal liability.
  3. These Terms shall come into effect from the date you agree until the termination of the rights and obligations relationship between you and us (such as the completion of the order, the end of the after-sales service, etc.).
